Do parents need a separate login for SchoolNIMBUS Cloud?

No! Parents use their existing PowerSchool Parent Portal credentials. The upload feature appears right in their PowerSchool menuβ€”no separate website or login required.

What file types can parents upload to SchoolNIMBUS Cloud?

Common document formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX. Images from phone cameras are automatically converted to PDF. Maximum file size is 25MB per upload.

Can parents upload multiple files at once?

Yes! Parents can select multiple files or photos in a single upload to SchoolNIMBUS Cloud. Each file is automatically tagged with the student and category selected.

What if a parent does not have PowerSchool access?

Parents without PowerSchool accounts can request access from your school office. Once they have a PowerSchool account, the SchoolNIMBUS Cloud upload feature is automatically available.

Can parents see what documents they have already submitted?

Yes. Parents can view a complete history of every document they have uploaded to SchoolNIMBUS Cloud, including upload dates, file names, and confirmation receipts.

What if a parent uploads the wrong document?

Parents cannot delete files themselves (for audit trail purposes), but they can upload a corrected version and contact staff to remove the incorrect one. Staff can delete files in SchoolNIMBUS Cloud with proper logging.
